SENIOR COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST
Work Location – Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Delhi/NCR
Contract/ Affiliate
Duration: 6 Months Contract (extendable or concludable upon business requirements and candidate performance) to hire
Shift timings: 8-9 hours shifts (Should be flexible with the client’s requirement and could be general shift or second shift)
Required experience level: 6-15 Years
We are looking for someone with:
Interest, energy, passion in the mental health field
Must be trained and certified in counselling.
Highly proficient in the delivery of awareness and activity-based sessions
Comfortable in handling groups sessions
In-depth understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness concepts
Sincere interest in working in a small team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program
Experience in counselling individuals dealing with trauma, high-pressure environments, occupational stress.
Job responsibilities:
Must be able to create module and conduct workshops.
Must conduct confidential counselling sessions
Must be responsible for capturing required data and follow the internal process.
Must be comfortable working without immediate supervision
Contribute to thought leadership for overall client management
Candidate qualification:
Post Graduate Degree in Counselling/Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology (Full-Time)
Minimum 6 years of experience post masters
Strong people skills and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
High energy candidate who has the passion to be part of an innovative and growing organization.
