STRESS CONTROL ONLINE PROGRAM FOR RESILIENCE BUILDING

Stress Control Online is a coach-guided online resilience-building program designed to help employees cope with stress, and improve wellbeing using a preventative and early intervention approach. This is India’s first online program designed for the Indian employees based on Dr Jim White’s Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).  This 8-week online program  is ideal for those employees that are undergoing mild to moderate depression and are finding it difficult to cope with various stress challenges. The product features include video based psycho-educational program, pre- and post-assessments, mood survey, email reminders, and easy access to counsellors.

SILVER OAK HEALTH CASE MANAGEMENT APPLICATION

Silver Oak Health’s has a state of art fully in-house designed Case Management Application for the counsellors. Our counsellors use this application to manage their clients, handle appointments and take notes. To ensure data security, notes are stored in encrypted form and access is only provided to the respective counsellor working with the client. Counsellors can manage their live availability for appointments as well as  can track clients progress over time.

POSH E-LEARNING FOR MANAGERS

Silver Oak Health has developed an engaging, and effective POSH E-Learning program to ensure that all managers are trained as part of the POSH Awareness compliance requirement. These are scenario-based E-Learning content that is designed to be very interesting, with short learning assessments to make sure that managers understand the learning objectives.

POSH E-LEARNING FOR EMPLOYEES

Silver Oak Health also offers a POSH E-Learning program that can be used by all employees as part of the POSH Awareness compliance requirement. Employees can watch the one-hour online training modules from the convenience of their homes. Employees will receive a completion certificate once they complete the online program.
