Saravanan Neel
Chief Operating Officer

Saravanan is a Senior HR Executive with over two decades of comprehensive and diversified HR experience across multiple continents. As a Director – HR with Mastech Inc., (NYSE: MHH), he has been responsible for human resource strategies and programs, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, immigration, compliance etc. Saravanan has played a key role in expanding Mastech’s India operations between 2010 to 2014. Previously he was associated with iGATE Global Solutions (NYSE: IGTE) and DSQ Software Limited in various HR roles. He holds a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from Annamalai University, a staunch Mindfulness practitioner & Coach and Certified Cognitive Behavourial Therapy (CBT) life-coach. Saravanan is an avid golfer and is a founder member of Bangalore Golfers Trust, a charity organization which supports children's education and other noble causes.

Vijay Sharma
Chief Product and Technology Officer

Vijay is an entrepreneur by heart, an engineer by training and a maker for life. In the last 10 years, Vijay has built a series of highly scalable web applications, mobile apps and analytics tools.  Currently, Vijay is responsible for the overall architecture & execution of Silver Oak Health’s digital footprint. Before turning to Silver Oak Health, Vijay was the Product Owner for SAP AI, where he along with his team were responsible for the research, development and deployment of SAP’s one of the most promising suite of applications in the field of Artificial Intelligence. While his stint at SAP, Vijay was also instrumental in SAP’s messaging outreach initiatives demonstrating thought leadership in the AI space. Vijay also founded My First Campus, a start-up in the field of computer-adaptive assessments to help companies find the best quality talent using in the shortest time frame.  He holds a Management degree from IIM Bangalore and an Engineering degree from the University of Rajasthan. In his free time, Vijay can be seen working on tech-led social initiatives like Restart India Hackathon and Covid Analytics to make the world a better place.

Ann Xavier Choolackal
Head of Psychological Services

Ann is a Clinical Psychologist with strong interest in both Psychological interventions and assessments. She has worked in the last 11 years in clinical and as well as corporate settings.  She has keen research interest in neurocognitive aspects of human behavior. Ann is proficient in Cognitive Therapies (CBT, REBT, DBT), Integrated Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness based therapies and brief solution focused approaches. Prior to Silver Oak Health, Ann has worked at Cadabams Hospital as a senior Clinical Psychologist and at HCG Cancer Hospital as a Neuro-psycho-oncologist providing emotional support to patients and their relatives. She has also worked at the R&D department of Pearson Clinical Assessment division where she was instrumental in the adaptation and Indian norming of the Raven’s Color Progressive Matrices (CPM), Beck Youth Inventories (BYI)and Wide Range Achievement Test (WRAT). Ann completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) and is registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Clinical Psychologist . Her other interests are in Learning Disability, neuropsychological assessments, Cognitive retraining, Pre-habilitation (long term illnesses), prevention and management of childhood/adolescent emotional issues.

Nalini Nagaraj
Head of POSH Operations

Nalini is an attorney at law, with extensive experience in litigation, non-litigation and crime against women pursuits. She has a passion for developing safe and vibrant workplaces for enterprise India. With a firm belief of healthy minds, healthy staff leading to growing enterprises, she works tirelessly to promote harmonious and complying workplaces across multiple industries. During her law practice and as a corporate leader, she focused on women’s issues, prevention of child abuse as well as sexual harassment. She has a unique distinction as the first generation lawyer leveraging technology for compliance. She designed, implemented, upgraded, operated and helped many of her corporate clients with thousands of employees to have safe and compliant working environments. She has been an empanelled external committee member for multiple corporates helping them comply to the POSH enactment. Nalini was a guest lecturer of repute teaching Constitutional law and topics of Jurisprudence. She holds an LLB Law degree from the JSS law college and Masters in law from the University of Mysore. In her free time, she volunteers at a charitable organization for social, spiritual, environmental, diversity and Yoga causes.

Aritro Bhattacharyya
Head of Sales 

Aritro Bhattacharyya heads the sales function at Silver Oak Health. He has strong interest in mental health services and the use of technology to engage corporate employees. Prior to Silver Oak Health, Aritro led the sales function at NSE TalentSprint and was instrumental in building up the company into one of the largest Ed-Tech companies in India. He has over a decade of sales experience in Ed-Tech, Higher Education, Talent Assessment and e-Learning. He has worked at organizations such as the Indian School of Business (ISB), Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment, and ExcelSoft. Aritro’s expertise includes corporate business development, scaling B2C businesses, go-to-market strategies, product portfolio management, strategic alliances and people management. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University, an MBA from IBS Hyderabad and is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, where he pursued a program on using AI in Marketing. In his free time, Aritro enjoys listening to music, going on long drives, swimming and cooking.  

Antara Vinaya Chandran
Head - Client Engagement & Training

Antara is a Learning and Development professional with a focus on Organization Development, diversity, equity and inclusion. In her 18 years as a facilitator, coach and business partner, she has helped companies with business transformation, and has played a role in nurturing diverse talent across various levels of organizations. Prior to Silver Oak Health, Antara worked at Wipfli LLP where she was responsible for developing a learning culture in the India offices as well as leading global leadership, advisory, learning and DEI projects across their offices in the US. She started her career at Wipro, and grew as a leader in their Learning and Development group. Antara has a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Calcutta, and is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). She is also a certified Organization Development professional from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Organization Development Alternatives and has a post graduate diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning. In her free time, Antara enjoys travelling the world with her husband, reading, and volunteering with a local animal welfare organisation.

Bhavna Asnani Director of Customer Success

Bhavna heads the Customer Success team at Silver Oak Health. She leads a team of customer account managers that help companies successfully implement EAP and POSH programs in a wide variety of organizations across the country. Bhavana is responsible for engaging with Silver Oak Health’s growing list of corporate customers to maximize the utilization of EAP, POSH and DEI services. Prior to Silver Oak Health, Bhavna held various Learning and Development and Business Management roles at WNS Global Services, USHA, SRF, Franklin Templeton, ZS Associates and Evalueserve. Bhavna has an MA in Psychology from Delhi University.

Pallavi Biswas Associate Director – Corporate sales

Pallavi leads the Corporate Sales team at Silver Oak Health. In her current role, she manages a team of Business Development Managers that are responsible for commercialization of  EAP, POSH and DEI programs. She started her career as a psychological counsellor and has in-depth understanding of Employee Assistance Program, and how it is successfully implemented in small and large corporates across India. Prior to Silver Oak Health, Pallavi was a senior business consultant at Human Dynamic India. Pallavi has a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Amity University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University Of Calcutta.

Prachee Phule Associate Director - Quality Assurance and Training

Prachee heads the Quality Assurance and Training function at Silver Oak Health. She devotes her time and expertise in assessing the internal training requirements and curating group and individual interventions for the team of counsellors. While collaborating with the internal stakeholders on the change management process, she is also responsible for managing the workflows, making amendments, and creating relevant documentation for each of the practices to ensure adherence. Prachee is a Queer Affirmative Practitioner, and her practice is based on the principles of Presence Oriented approaches to Counselling like Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Focusing, and Client Centered Psychotherapy. Outside her work, Prachee likes to spend her free time reading and practicing activities that allow mindfulness, leisure, and engagement with her family and friends.

Ankita Kumari Associate Director – Marketing

Ankita is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategies of the company. She leads a dynamic team of digital marketers, graphic designers, and content writers at Silver Oak Health. Her team designs and develops digital creatives, videos, and audio content for customers. She also holds the overall responsibility as the custodian of the Company Brand, as well as for Search Engine Optimization, Social Media presence, Content, and lead generation. In addition, she plays a key role as the customer interface for awareness communication among Silver Oak Health’s customers. Ankita has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biotechnology from the Oxford College of Science, Bangalore.

NRK Raman, 
Advisor and Lead Investor

NRK Raman comes with over 30 years of total experience in the IT industry, out of which 25 years were involved in providing IT solutions to financial services industries across the globe. He is the former MD and CEO of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. (OFSS), and retired in October. He currently serves as Lead Investor / Advisor / Board Member to a few emerging software companies in India, including Nanobi Data & Anaytics, Hexagon Global IT Services, Tyfone Inc., Shrishti Software, I-exceed Technologies, and Miles Software.

He has a Masters in Physics, specialising in Electronics from Mumbai University, and has also completed an executive education program on ‘Strategy: Building and Sustaining Competitive Advantage’ from Harvard Business School. He is a charter member of TiE Bangalore, and Advisor to iSpirit Foundation, a thinktank for software product start-up companies.

Dr Yugandhar Chimata,
Advisor and Lead Investor

Dr Yugandhar Chimata is the CEO of Dallas Renal Group, a premier nephrology centre in Dallas, Texas.
With a degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Dr Chimata started his career working as a Human Resource Executive with Asian Paints. Following this, he decided to pursue his passion for medicine and attended the JSS Medical College in Mysore. He subsequently completed a three-year residency program in Internal Medicine and a two-year Nephrology Fellowship Program at the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

Dr Chimata is a firm proponent of providing easy access to health care, and is deeply passionate about his role in making mental health care available to people with mild to moderate mental illnesses, from the comfort and privacy of their homes.
