  • What do you look for in a potential candidate?

    During our hiring process, the specific questions we ask will depend on the position you’re applying for, however all our questions are intended to help us understand your capabilities and potential to grow. Generally, we look for a strong desire to learn, team player, high intelligence, a passion for helping people, willingness to work hard, and a desire to excel.

  • Can I work remotely?

    Silver Oak Health is one of the leading EWAP company that operates on a fully remote basis, with team members spread throughout PAN India (except customer facing roles). Most of the roles at Silver Oak Health allows employees to work remotely. Our employees have complete control of the work environment while working from home or a location of their choice, enabling them to find a better balance between career goals and personal life.

  • Do you offer entry level positions?

  • Do you offer part-time positions?

    Most of our positions are full-time, however we do hire part-time candidates from time to time. Please speak to one of our Talent Acquisition specialists to find out more.

  • I have submitted my resume to one of your open positions, what are the next steps?

    Our recruiters review job applicants for each opening and reach out to those who appear to be a strong match with the position. But even if you're not contacted for the job you applied for, your information will remain stored in our recruitment database, and may be contacted for other opportunities at a later time.

  • How many rounds of interview do I need to attend?

    We have an initial screening call with our Talent Acquisition team member, followed by one on one meeting with the hiring manager and a final presentation round with a small panel. Our usual interview time frame for each candidate is 1-2 weeks.

  • How long is the interview/hiring process?

    Most of our positions close in 2-4 weeks’ time, subject to we have the right set of candidates to meet and make the hiring decisions.

  • What is your new hire orientation/on-boarding process?

    Most of our new hires are on-boarded remotely, and undergo 1-2 weeks of new hire orientation/training program. For some positions we do conduct boot-camps either at our corporate office in Bangalore or remote location.

  • When do you process salaries?

    Salary is paid by the first week of every month to all the employees without any delay and on regular basis.
