Employees can easily access our services by calling our helpline number. Here’s a step-by-step overview of the process:
Initial Contact: The employee speaks with our intake EAP counsellor, who takes the initial request and determines how we can best support their work-life needs.
Appointment Scheduling: An appointment is scheduled with our Work-Life Services specialist.
Consultation: The specialist contacts the employee at the scheduled time to discuss their needs in detail.
Resource Identification: The specialist identifies, screens, and qualifies the necessary resources or vendors to assist the employee.
Follow-Up: Resources and referrals are provided within 48-72 hours from the time of the consultation. The specialist ensures that the resources match the employee’s specifications, such as budget, location, and time frame.
