A dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) analyses employee wellbeing data, utilisation trends, and risk indicators to understand the organization’s mental health requirements.

2. Request Submission

The HR team initiates a formal request for onsite counselling support, starting the process to bring expert mental health services to your workplace.

3. Planning & Customisation

The CSM works closely with the HR team to finalise the frequency, counselling hours (4 or 8 hours), and session formats to suit your workforce needs.

4. Expert Counsellor Assignment

Our Psychological Services Team assigns a certified, experienced counsellor who specialises in workplace wellbeing and employee engagement.

5. Scheduling & Booking

Once confirmed, our team generates booking links and time slots to simplify scheduling for your employees, making the process easy and hassle-free.

6. Awareness & Engagement Materials

Our Marketing Team designs customised flyers, emailers, and communication materials to boost awareness and encourage participation among employees.

7. Employee Registration

Employees use the booking link to schedule confidential sessions. The counsellor’s calendar is updated automatically for smooth coordination.

8. Onsite Counselling Sessions
