OUR PRICING MODELS

 

RETAINER

With this retainer model, your employees will gain access to 24/7 counselling services, ensuring immediate support for mental health and personal challenges. Employees will also benefit from our AI-powered app and portal, where they can select a counsellor of choice and book online sessions. Also included are our interventions, called Online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address stress, depression/anxiety, as well as the Tranquil Mindfulness Guided Practices. A customer success manager will be assigned to your company to make EAP a success in your organization. The majority of our customers have chosen this model because the fees are fixed and predictable, and there is no need to be concerned about monthly fluctuation in demand and proportional cost fluctuation typically seen in a variable cost model.

 
Pay per usage pricing model

PAY PER USAGE

We offer a flexible Pay-Per-Usage pricing model for organizations with up to 500 employees, allowing them to choose packages of 50 or 100 counselling sessions valid for one year. If the allocated sessions are utilized before the year ends, the package can be renewed based on requirements. However, unused sessions will expire at the end of the year. This model is useful for very small organizations that are looking to offer EAP counselling sessions to employees and not incur recurring costs. This model is not available for larger organizations.
