Silver Oak Health offers Legal and Financial counselling services to support various emotional wellbeing challenges face by employees. These are advisory services available to guide employees on what are the options available if they are facing legal or financial issues.

These guidance services help employees identify the suitable next step to address their legal or financial challenges.

 
 

LEGAL COUNSELLING

The employees can call the EAP helpline number and request an appointment with a legal expert. We have full-time lawyers who will speak to the employee and provide the necessary advice.

The lawyers will provide high-level guidance on how to address challenges such as:

  • Landlord-tenant dispute

  • Property ownership dispute

  • Contesting a will

  • Contract disputes

  • Divorce and child custody

  • Domestic abuse

  • Credit card or bank EMI legal advice

These are typically 30-minute calls with a lawyer and usually these are one time call for advice. You can avail 2 calls in total for Legal Counselling per year. This can be also be availed either by the employee or dependent family members.

 

FINANCIAL COUNSELLING

The employees can call the EAP helpline number and request an appointment with a financial consultant. The services are provided by financial consultants who have expertise in dealing with debt or investments. The consultants will not recommend any financial products.

Our financial consultants have expertise to help employees on a variety of topics such as:

  • Credit card or EMI payment

  • Family budgeting

  • College planning for children

  • Buying a home

  • Setting financial goals

  • Savings and investment strategies

  • Retirement planning

These are typically 30-minute calls and are expected to be one-time calls for guidance. You can avail 2 calls in total for Financial Counselling per year. This can also be availed either by the employee or dependent family members.
