    Responsibilities of the Customer Success- Manager

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, driving customer retention and satisfaction.

    • Understand the customer's needs and ecosystem, and proactively suggest additional wellness services.

    • Travel as needed to conduct in-person meetings, deliver sessions, and facilitate onsite activities with customers.

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Job Location: Bangalore & Delhi

    We are looking for someone with:

    - Interest, energy, passion, and experience in leading online and offline marketing initiatives

    - Must have genuine passion in the field of mental health

    - Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing a strategies with an emphasis on social media

Job Location: Bangalore

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who will be responsible for providing marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, and company objectives. The candidate will be provided training to generate leads through email marketing, social media and other marketing channels.
