SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Work Location – Mumbai and Delhi

The role involves driving new business opportunities for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services through both inbound and marketing-generated leads, along with independently sourcing new prospects. It requires strong sales discipline, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closure.


The individual will be responsible for converting opportunities into long-term client relationships while contributing to overall team targets. A basic understanding of mental health and employee wellbeing services would be beneficial for success in this role.

Work Timings:

Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate solutions sales

  • Prior experience engaging with HR, L&D, wellness, or corporate stakeholders would be an added advantage

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Effective follow-up and relationship management skills

  • Resilience in managing longer sales cycles

  • Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals

  • Comfortable maintaining sales tracking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation through outbound efforts, referrals, and networking

  • Manage and nurture inbound and marketing-generated leads

  • Conduct client discussions, presentations, and proposal management

  • Ensure timely closures aligned with business targets

  • Maintain structured tracking of sales activities

  • Build a strong understanding of EAP offerings to support client advisory

  • Collaborate with internal teams and share regular updates on pipeline status
