This job entails, conducting sessions on physical wellness for the employees, this includes conducting group sessions, individual sessions and floor walks. Group sessions can entail activities such as yoga, functional fitness exercises, stretching techniques or desk exercises. Individual sessions may include, one-on-one coaching tailored to employees' specific fitness goals, health concerns, or stress relief through exercise. Floor walks entail engaging with employees at their workstations, and offering quick advice on improving physical habits during work hours.
