Client Engagement & Training

Work Location:
Bengaluru, KA
Work Mode: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6pm (Hybrid – 1 to 2 days Work from Office)

Working Conditions: Working from home with occasional deadline pressure. Will require to visit client sites to facilitate offline sessions and occasionally travel out of station to fulfil client requirements.

General Purpose – Under the direction of the Senior Manager-Operations and Administration, Client Engagement and Training, the Intern – Operations CET administers the operations portfolio for the Client Engagement and Training team at Silver Oak Health. This includes being a point of contact for the Customer Success and Sales teams, and planning and delivering sessions for Silver Oak Health’s clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to define session/training solutions for SOH’s clients.

  • Engage with SOH’s clients to identify needs, including specific requirements for time, dates, and format.

  • Brief facilitators on session/training solutions offered to clients.

  • Develop activity frameworks and related material for workshops.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create session collaterals.  

  • Maintain accuracy and hygiene of engagement and variable billing trackers.

  • Ensure training and management reports are generated and distributed in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Function under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional written and verbal communication and presentation.

  • Take a consultative approach to designing session/training solutions with the Customer Success, Sales and Corporate Counselling teams for SOH’s clients.

  • As a member of the Client Engagement and Training team, participate in other CET related projects as needed.

 

Knowledge:

  • Minimum Education Requirements: Post-graduate degree in Psychology, or equivalent experience, in related HR field.

  • Internship/Experience in operations/training coordinator role in small/medium-sized organizations is encouraged.

  • New Psychology postgraduates are welcome to apply.

Technology: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Note: 6 Months Internship (extendable or concludable upon business requirements and candidate performance) to Full-Time Employee
