EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE SALES
Work Location – Any (Remote Role)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients across various industries such as IT, manufacturing, consulting, and BFSI, FMCG, etc
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, company websites, and databases to research prospects
Reach out to HR, Wellness and Procurement stakeholders via cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
2. Outreach & Qualification
Qualify opportunities based on organizational fit, need, and decision-making process
Generate interest through thoughtful and consultative conversations rather than scripted pitches
Leverage events and networking opportunities to generate qualified leads and strengthen Silver Oak Health's position as a trusted wellbeing partner.
3. Meeting Coordination
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Ensure smooth handover of context and requirements
Follow up consistently to improve conversion from lead → meeting
4. Pipeline Management & Reporting
Track outreach, responses, and conversions
Maintain accurate records in the tracker
Share weekly reports on leads generated, meetings set, and conversion ratios
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth
Required Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in inside sales / lead generation, business Development, or B2B Sales (preferably in HR services, or wellness)
Strong communication skills (email + calls)
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Preferred Attributes:
High ownership and consistency in follow-ups
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong research and targeting skills
Interest in mental health / wellbeing space
