COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST
Work Location – Pune (MH)-Affiliate/Contractual position
About the Role:
This position combines individual counselling session, delivery of workshops, group activities and content creation.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience post Masters
Post Graduate Degree in Counselling/ Clinical Psychology (Full-Time)
Must be trained and certified in counselling and trauma care
Highly proficient in the delivery of awareness and activity-based sessions
Comfortable in handling groups sessions
In-depth understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness concepts
Sincere interest in working in a small team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program
Responsibilities:
Must be able to create module and conduct workshops
Must conduct confidential counselling sessions
Must be able to conduct trauma counselling
Must be responsible for capturing required data and follow the internal process
Must be comfortable working remotely without immediate supervision
Contribute to thought leadership for overall client management
Collaborate with clients and internal Silver Oak Health teams to identify gaps and ensure the seamless delivery of counselling sessions
Conduct on-site wellness initiatives at client locations, including floor walks, awareness activities, and counselling sessions
