Women as Emerging Leaders Program
This leadership program is tailored for women managers with up to 5 years of managerial experience. The program employs a blended learning approach, integrating online and offline modules. Participants will engage in live instruction, comprehensive pre- and post-training self-discovery assessments, case methodology, role plays, peer learning, and concept development. Additionally, the program provides practical toolkits to enable participants to cultivate the critical attributes required for strategic leadership.
Duration: Onsite - 1.5 days, Online - 9 weeks, Hybrid - 12 weeks
Maternity Support Program
Maternity is a transformative and remarkable experience for women as they navigate the stages of pregnancy and childbirth while experiencing a range of physical, emotional, and social changes and challenges. This program aims to provide comprehensive and practical tools to support mothers holistically during the early stages of motherhood. By focusing on resilience and self-care, the program empowers mothers to thrive and embrace their journey of motherhood, navigating both the joys and challenges along the way.
Women’s Circle Program
A women’s circle at work can bring numerous benefits, fostering a supportive and empowering environment. Benefits include building community and connection, networking opportunities, promoting diversity and inclusion and empowerment and confidence. A 6-session package for women, with a 7th session to build allyship and advocacy in men through a lens of gender sensitization.
