ACCOUNT MANAGER - CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Your primary focus will be to build relationships with clients, retaining them, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and driving revenue by recommending additional services to our existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, delivering prompt and professional assistance.

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are familiar with our services and the Portal/App.

  • Regularly check in with clients to assess their satisfaction, progress, and proactively address any issues that may arise.

  • Conduct in-person meetings, deliver mental health awareness sessions, and facilitate onsite activities with customers.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging strong relationship-building skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving EAP/consulting/sales goals.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, driving customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the generation of new product ideas and drive innovation.

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services to existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology is preferred for this position.

  • 1-4 years of experience in handling customer accounts, preferably in EAP/Mental Health/Psychology background. 

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Exceptional communication skills, maturity, and resilience.

  • Openness to travel for in-person customer interactions.

Note: You will need to be based in Bangalore to be considered for this job. However, this is a hybrid job with frequent visits required for in-person meetings/engagement at various client offices in and around Bangalore.
