SENIOR EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONS, CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND TRAINING

Work location - Mumbai (Full-time)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Normal business hours)

Job Overview 

Under the direction of the Manager of Operations, Client Engagement and Training, the Senior Executive – Operations CET administers the operations portfolio for the Client Engagement and Training team at Silver Oak Health. This includes being a point of contact for the Customer Success and Sales teams and planning and delivering sessions for Silver Oak Health’s clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to define session/training solutions for SOH’s clients.

  • Engage with SOH’s clients to identify needs, including specific time, date, and format requirements.

  • Brief facilitators on session/training solutions offered to clients.

  • Moderate online open sessions, and other sessions as required, including conducting platform dry runs.

  • Develop activity frameworks and related material for workshops.

  • Facilitate employee wellness [EWAP] sessions in both online and onsite formats.

  • Help to develop and document processes, templates and methodologies that enhance and streamline CET solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create session collaterals.

Abilities and Characteristics:

  • Function under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional written and verbal communication and presentation.

  • Take a consultative approach to designing session/training solutions with the Customer Success, Sales and Corporate Counselling teams for SOH’s clients.

  • As a member of the Client Engagement and Training team, participate in other CET-related projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Minimum Education Requirements - Post-graduate degree in Psychology, or equivalent experience, in a related HR field

  • Certification and Licensing- NA

Specific Experience Required:

  • Up to 2 years in operations/training coordinator role in small/medium-sized organizations

  • New Psychology postgraduates are welcome to apply

Work Relationship and Scope:

  • Reports to the Manager of Operations, Client Engagement and Training.

Working Conditions:

  • Working from home with occasional deadline pressure. Will be required to occasionally visit client sites to coordinate sessions and/or facilitate activities.
