  • Statutory authorities (EPFO, ESIC, labour departments, etc.) for compliance

  • External service providers (payroll, insurance, IT, background verification)

SECURITY AND RETENTION

  • We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data

  • Employee records are retained during employment and for up to 7 years post-separation (or longer if required by law)

  • Non-essential data is securely deleted once no longer required

CANDIDATE AND EMPLOYEE RIGHTS

As per applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access and review your personal data

  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate data

  • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing
