Job Overview
As a BDM specializing in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sales, you will develop and implement sales strategies to promote EAP solutions to corporate clients. Your primary role is to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR and Wellness leaders. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue prospective corporate clients, particularly within HR and wellness departments, to present EAP solutions that address employee well-being and productivity.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth goals.
Pipeline Development: Manage and update a sales pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular reporting on progress toward sales targets.
Consultative Sales Approach: Understand clients' challenges and position EAP services as strategic solutions through a consultative sales method, customizing offerings based on client needs.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to communicate the value of EAP services, using data and presence of mind to showcase benefits.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, maintaining contact with key stakeholders and addressing evolving needs.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends in EAP and employee wellness sectors, adapting sales strategies to align with industry developments and competitor activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EAP, HR or Wellness services, with a strong background in selling to corporate clients.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
