Work today feels harder than ever, tight deadlines, hybrid schedules, and constant pressure to deliver have become the norm. In our last session, “Learning from Tragedy - Red Flags and Warning Signs of Employees at Risk of Burnout,” we uncovered the human and organizational costs of ignoring burnout.
The response from participants was clear: we need more spaces to talk about burnout, and more practical ways to address it.
That’s why we’re back with “Practical Strategies for Addressing Burnout,” a follow-up session built to move beyond awareness and into action. Together, we will explore simple, proven strategies that Business leaders, HR professionals and Managers can use to create healthier workplaces where mental wellbeing and performance go hand in hand.
