Review and formation of POSH policy,

Conducted inquiries on complaints received and addressed them with effective solutions.
Assessed policy issues regarding legal risk; worked with legal advisors to ensure compliance with and understanding legislation.
Helped the Internal committee in making reports and conducted the Annual Internal POSH Audit.
Assisted the Internal Committee to have a robust operation for POSH cases
Curate the Content as per the requirement of the organization and sector to create awareness of POSH
Curate the content exclusively for Managers and team leaders
Helped and Advised leadership teams of the organizations to support the Internal Committee proceedings
Help organizations file annual reports at the district office

Candidate’s Qualification:
Must have a graduation degree in LLB.
Must have 2 years experience in litigation or PoSH
Good communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
Go-getter attitude and should be well coordinated with different teams.
Willingness to travel and deliver the sessions when needed.
