Stress Control Online is India’s first online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program. It is an evidence-based solution that helps you learn coping skills to deal with stress and become more resilient. This 8-session program consists of online video learning-based sessions. A trained coach can be requested to work with you, through a weekly call to answer any questions you may have and provide support as you work through the ‘Stress Control Online’ program.
