As a Manager/Associate Manager/Team Lead - Research & Analytics, you will lead a team to deliver high-quality research outputs while managing client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities
People Management
Lead and mentor a team of research analysts, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Distribute tasks effectively, ensuring balanced workloads and adherence to deadlines.
Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance team performance and skill development.
Adapt to team changes and ensure smooth transitions during restructuring or project shifts.
Client-Facing Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring expectations are met.
Present reports and insights in client meetings, ensuring data is communicated clearly and aligned with business goals.
Address client queries promptly, offering solutions and insights based on data analysis and research findings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering quality outputs and honouring commitments.
Research & Analytics
Oversee the interpretation and analysis of Employee Wellness and Assistance Program (EWAP) data, identifying trends and actionable insights.
Review and refine survey designs and assessment tools to meet client-specific objectives.
Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain consistency in research frameworks and data analysis processes across the team.

Ensure timely delivery of reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, meeting all agreed timelines.
Track project progress meticulously and address potential bottlenecks proactively.
Communicate any changes to deliverables or timelines clearly with clients and teams, ensuring alignment.

Stay vigilant about industry trends and incorporate new methodologies or technologies to enhance team output.
Adapt to organizational and project changes quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
5-15 years of experience in research, data analytics, or a related domain.
Proven experience in client interaction and team management.
