Disability Awareness and Allyship

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) estimate, more than 1 billion people (about 15% of the world's population) are living with some form of disability as of 2021. In India, according to the 2011 Census, there were over 26 million persons with disabilities, which accounted for about 2.21% of the country's population at that time. Millions provide temporary and permanent care for persons with disabilities and hold paying jobs. How do we create awareness and an inclusive workplace environment for persons with disabilities and caregivers?
