Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Customer Success team to manage and grow strategic key accounts and high-value clients. This role will report to the Head of Sales and Customer Success and will play a critical role in driving retention, consultative growth, stakeholder engagement, and cross-selling across complex organisational ecosystems. This is a relationship-first, high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, stakeholder navigation, and a deep understanding of consultative selling.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across large enterprise accounts.
Navigate complex, matrixed client organizations, developing stakeholder maps and building influence at corporate and business unit levels.
Drive high engagement and usage of existing programs. Monitor impact and continuously improve client value through data, feedback, and strategic guidance. Identify and mitigate account risks through proactive engagement.
Leverage consultative selling to expand the scope of services and achieve cross-selling targets. Sell with insight, not pressure.
Partner with Sales, Clinical, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximum satisfaction.
Represent client voice internally, influencing service delivery and product evolution to suit client goals better.
Own account planning, growth goals, and success metrics. Approach each account as a long-term growth opportunity.
Qualifications:
10–15+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Sales
Proven experience managing large enterprise clients and growing key accounts
Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
Strong communication and executive presence
Strategic mindset with consultative selling ability
Background in EAP, HR Tech, Wellbeing, Organizational Development, or Consulting preferred
Note: This is a work-from-home job with frequent visits required for in-person meetings/engagements at client offices.
